Walk & Talk therapy

Sometimes it feels easier to talk when you're moving.

For some people, sitting face-to-face in a counselling room feels comfortable. For others, talking while walking side-by-side can feel more natural.

You don't need to worry about maintaining eye contact, filling silences, or feeling like the focus is entirely on you. The rhythm of walking and being outdoors can help conversations flow in a different way.

Forest Trail

A different kind of therapy space

Being in nature can offer a sense of perspective, calm, and breathing space from the demands of everyday life. The changing landscape around us can sometimes make it easier to explore what is happening within us.

There is no pressure to walk far, walk fast, or talk continuously. We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and the focus remains on whatever you would like to bring to counselling.
